There is nothing wrong with CL22 for a laptop at this price. CL20 would be close to if not in the $300 range for 64gb.
I would agree with this I'd it was desktop RAM at CL22, but Desktop CL and Laptop CL are not really comparable.

I tell anyone investing in an M1 MacBook that there's no future upgrading anymore, this is your time to decide if you'll need more storage/ram/performance later because the chipsets are not replaceable.

The $93 ripjaw is sold by a third party newegg seller with 0 feedvack so id be cautious. Newegg as the seller has them for $100
If you are not maxing out your Ram, but want to notably improve performance, then you would do much better to go with this one. : https://www.amazon.com/Kingston-F...le_ce?th=1
Otherwise, if you are happy with your current performance, but you are maxing out your current ram capacity and are in need of extra ram, then yeah, this is a good deal.

Keep in mind that many memory manufacturers switched to higher-density chips out of necessity, so there's no guarantee current deliveries will match this same bank/rank config.
i guess you could argue that if you're looking at 2x32gb so-dimms that that automatically qualifies you as an enthusiast, but i think you'd be an extremely small minority..
anyway this seems like an excellent deal for the price. i would nab this up for my evoo lp5 if i wasn't already running 2x32gb of hyperx impact at 2666MHz CL16. although on second thought, i could always sell that off and get this..
