Usually woman's rain boots have a bit more of a heel to them and also sizing is definitely different between men's and women's.

From reviews I read on Target when they were selling these Hunter boots, the quality of Target Hunter boots are not up to the regular Hunter boots. Prices reflect the quality. Costco sometimes sells Hunter boots so I rather buy from Costco if I were you.
