Ha good luck with driver support and overall build quality
Yeah, like this is a $600 laptop right?
Of course you'd be compromising on build quality at this price point. It's all plastic. That being said, it holds up pretty nicely.
Look at the listing. They listed it as used because it is used.

That's eBay's listing. They don't have grades for refurbished items. The item is sold through VIPOutlet so wouldn't it be obvious to take their listing into consideration, and according to them: "it's GRADE B product that has been inspected, tested, and restored to the original manufacturer's operating specifications. This fully-functioning product is in "Very Good-Like New" condition with some blemishes and/or scratches."
This is written on the same page right below eBay's listing.
i'm not sure about this, but i have two of the refurbished units for $329 and they are both very good. i've also had pretty good experience with stuff bought from vipoutlet. so thumbs up for me. I'd definitely buy it if i didn't already have the refurbed units

You should always indicate the condition that the Ebay listing says, and Ebay said it's Used. Nowhere in the listing did the seller even use the term refurbished to describe it. You added that yourself. On top of that you posted a deal that had only ONE unit in stock at the time you posted. That's not a deal that should be posted here. Being here over a year you should know better than this. Use this as a learning experience.
Scam seller. I got a heavily used, lots of scratches, smoke, sticky, dirt,, and that's when it was grade A. Grade B must be something that a truck ran over.

That's not true. The top of the laptop is actually metal. Gives it some weight as well. I bought 2 from Walmart and they were both very nice. Looked brand new with no issues.
