They're a tad bulky compared to using individual weights 🤷 ♂️ I have had no problem with them though. Use mine while on the indoor bike and also for working out with the dumbbells alone. I feel I can do everything I need to without any issue. Well worth it for me for my home gym needs.
I had these and switched to Powerblocks, which I find superior for the reason above as well as others. That's just my opinion, of course, and you can read plenty about both of them online.
