A system with an i5 and a 3050 would likely be cheaper and perform better than this i3 & 3060.
The i3 CPU used here can bottleneck the system and is not going to be enough to keep up with a 3060 in games. So depending on the game you're playing you could very easily max out the system capability with the CPU running 100% while the 3060 will has unused power.
It depends on the game and application but its quiet likely you're not going to get full use out of the 3060 in this build.
You can check specific games individually here : https://pc-builds.com/games/bottl...alculat
I don't know how accurate that calculator is but I've no reason to think they're bogus.
I checked a few games and it had the i3 bottlelnecked like 10-25% so that means you only get 75-90% of the 3060's power.
But it does depend on the specific use case. Some games will be fine in this.
Still with high chance of the i3 bottlenecking the system I think you should pass on this specific combo and as its not balanced.
