Bought it last time it was on sale. Don't expect a Bose quality sound. If you ever used the earphones that they give on a plane, that's how they sound.

I use it for meetings and podcasts. One thing I dislike is the material. Mine already broke and have it taped.
Ordered this the other day for $59.99 with tax. Came very obviously used. No outer plastic wrapping around the box. Scuffed box. Finger prints and lint all over both pairs of glasses lenses. Initiated a refund/replacement... and noticed it dropped to $50 some this morning, so cancelled the replacement order, and got this for less money. Hoping I'm not getting another used one as "new". Also bought the 3yr warranty for $8 since I've heard it is flimsy.

Initial thoughts though... Really cool. I am debating getting prescription transition lenses for them, but they are expensive. For sound, if I have it really really low, probably most people couldn't hear it well if they're near me. The Aftershokz Aeropex ("bone conduction" technology) beat it here in privacy/quietness. Sound quality is like dollar store earbuds though, honestly. I am concerned about the longevity of the battery... maybe it isn't worth paying for custom glasses lenses that may not work in any other frames.

I think these would be more socially acceptable to wear at work or in social settings, compared to the Aftershokz Aeropex, so that's the major appeal for me.

Edit: I am trying out the other non-sunglasses lenses before returning. The blue light filter applied to these lenses is making me nauseous - especially when being a passenger in the back of the family car.

I would agree the large size is maybe too big. Makes me think almost of safety goggles with how big it is. I sorta like it, but I don't have a way to compare the regular to this. Best Buy is pretty much completely out of stock of this product, so I don't know of any local places that *might* have a display model.

I just went with the large size because Razer is an Asian company, and the last time I went with an XL sized hoody from them, it was two sizes too small - because it's in "Asian sizing". The size I need is still out of stock. I imagined some other apparel/personal accessories would be on the smaller size, too.
Resisting to buy something I don't need but want it

I like mine, I use it for ambient music and haven't heard complaints using it on my VOIP system for my workstation. My only deal is the regular size is actually too big for my fat head; I also had to add rubber nose pads because it's just smooth plastic and slips off easily.

Make sure to consider the size on this!

I use mine for work all the time when working from home. Blu light blocking and the mic seems good. I don't have an issue with sound based on phone calls or Roku at night through headphone/app use.

Worth the $60 for me.

I get about 5-6hrs watching TV/movies paired to my AppleTV.

Be warned. LARGE are ginormous, so they are probably getting returned and not selling.
Most people will have SMALL/REGULAR, which is still $60.

I don't know ......they kinda look too flimsy.
I recall Oakley had some similar ultra funky sunglasses with built-in audio. [cnet.com]

Fine. You finally win this one SD. I've seen this on the FP quite a few times and it slowly keeps trickling down in price.

I figure the worst I return them but for some reason I feel like i'm going to love em.

Does it let in enough environment noise that you can carefully ride a bike or is it too dangerous? Can you wear a helmet and wear the sunglasses comfortably? I have a JBL Clip 3 hanging on my bike handle bar that I quite enjoy and I also have a lesser brand name bone conduction headphone that I use for cruising on my skateboard. I wonder if the Razer Anzu sunglasses is comfortable and puts out better sound quality than the bone conduction but yet I can hear outside environment noise like car honks. I am kind of assuming that it would easily fall off if I go to the skate park. I also wear a helmet at the skate park so I doubt it will be fit comfortably.

Doubt it on the bike.
Wind noise will cancel out the little volume you have UNLESS you wear ear nuffs over them.
So, skiing/boarding helmet with muffs, sure.
Summer bike helmet with muffs, sure...if you want to look weird.

You can add straps to them to improve their security.
Just know that they are not the shatterproof plastic, so dropping them on concrete could break off a temple or crack the frame that holds the lens.
These are not ACTIVE glasses.

I bought the large rectangular deal for 60. Returning.

- the sound is…. barely passable. I'm not expecting A+ quality or anything, but it's just a step above FM radio quality.

- came obviously used. Finger prints. Smudges. Etc.

- it uses touch instead of physical buttons, and some of the routines are one press, two press, hold, two press and hold, three press and hold, etc. It's not very intuitive, but you can customize them in the app

- the large is just way too big and goofy looking, and I consider my head to be above average I suppose.

- the charger is 100% proprietary. If you lose it, damage it, you can't charge. No USB plug here.

I'm a huge razer fan too. I have the keyboards, mice, even gaming chair. I just can't do the glasses

Thanks. I guess I will stick with what I got.
