For anyone questioning the cost difference between jersey mikes and a place like subway... I just went to subway with a gift card and tried my best to make a real good double meat turkey Italiano (Italian bmt with ham swapped out for turkey) with all the fixings and a healthy dosing of vinegrette and mayo. At $12 it was a solid sandwich but took some customization to get it right.

At Jersey Mike's they just make the sandwiches perfect without extra input and ask for your input where they need it in a trained way. Their employees on average seem happier. Focusing effort to get everything right on the subway sandwich left me wanting to spend an extra couple bucks for a heartier and consistently solid sandwich all around from jersey mikes. JM is the way.

YMMV but there's an Amex offer that's expiring 6/15 for $5 back on a single $15+ purchase. You could only use one $2 off coupon, but it still sweetens the deal a bit. My card has a limit of two of these offers, so theoretically you could do $7 off $15 twice.

I do two separate $15 gift card transactions with the Amex offer. Then you're not restricted like that.
