After my replacement unit stopped working also I switched over to sonos (all of my other speakers were already sonos). This soundbar is ok when it works but I'm not the only one with major issues
I have two of these. One of them is a theater room 18' * 10', paired to two wireless speakers and sub. THe other is in the main living room.
I purchased them after comparing them to Sonos & heard, which is always subjective literally, Bose better thru' the entire (whatever) range I could hear & appreciate.
Yes I did have an issue with one of them & Bose replaced it quickly. Purchased both @ BB at the time of release.

I had to ship mine to have them repair it in January and I still haven't received it back even though they verified receiving it for repair then. I'm done with Bose after this. I've contacted them multiple times asking for an update. Every time they ask me if my payment method is good. I updated it once already with them even though I use that credit card all the time and their payment department tells the CS rep that it's not a payment issue so I'm pretty sure they've just lost my Soundbar at this point. How would it be a payment issue if they shipped me a box to ship the Soundbar to them in? They do that before receiving payment? They've really gone downhill since they laid off hundreds of people in MA pre-pandemic and moved the jobs overseas.
