Good price since I bought this in Jan for about $50 more. And if it wasn't so flakey I'd like to buy another. But since a firmware update about 1 month ago it is burning through batteries and seems to drop WiFi connections often. It does work over Bluetooth but you have to be within BT range for that to work.
It totally suddenly refused to connect over WiFi even with fresh batteries. Had to re-install the lock in my account. See below.

The system/app can't change any WiFi settings (SSID/password) without deleting, factory resetting, and re-creating the lock in the app. To do that you have to disassemble the inside of the lock housing and remote the batteries. That is just laziness by the app developer.
