Just received mine from the last time it was listed at this price. Took two weeks to arrive, $13.99 shipping. Some people were hesitant because it was unclear if "Complete" included all the accessories. I can happily say mine came with all the accessories included (bag, large brush, small brush, metal brush, grout brush, scraper, squeegee, concentrator nozzle, detail nozzle, upholstery cloth, two types of microfiber pads, carpet glider, and hose). Factory blemished, but from mine I couldn't tell you where... seemed brand new.

I ordered this during the memorial day sale for the same price. Finally shipped yesterday and will be here tomorrow. Dto is a reputable company, however when they run big sales their shipping times are less than stellar.

Not sure why but slickdeals removed my original description where I carefully listed everything. The "Complete" I received in like new condition (no blemish I could find) came with two types of microfiber pads, a carpet glider, hose, concentrator nozzle, detail nozzle, brush nozzle, small brush nozzle, metal brush nozzle, grout brush nozzle,scraper nozzle, squeegee nozzle, upholstery pad, and a bag for the accessories. Took two weeks for it to ship to me.

Picked one up last week. They did say they were behind on shipping these and other items out. Purchased a Ridget air compressor from them in pass and had no issue's with it. Seems to be a good company to me.

Great company..I bought a Ridgid planer for half retail.. Factory "blemished" I can't find a scratch.. Bought a Ryobi sliding miter saw more than half off... Same condition.. except a branded "blem" on the handle.. I guess as not to do return to retail scams.

in for 2 of these. I know I'll get them; opposed to Home Depot constant cancellations.

As usual, the Amazon reviews run the gamut from piece of junk to best thing since sliced bread.
Anyone have some real experience with it and not paid to say its great or has an axe to grind with Hoover?

What's Included doesn't show all the attachments, although they are in the product description. Recently had to return a product to them. Really dated customer service. 2 hour phone holds. But, I'm looking for a hand steamer to replace a dead 20 year old one, and this popped up. $20 is a great deal for a hand/floor steamer with nozzles. $14 shipping dampens a bit. Should I, or shouldn't I?

Looks like it could be a cheap option as I'm not prepared to drop $150+ on a high end steam cleaner.

I haven't gotten mine yet but I ordered it several weeks ago when it was this same price for similar reasons. I want to use it to clean the grout in my shower, my oven, and my car. Don't really have any need for cleaning pet stains. Hopefully it works out.

I ordered and received it a few days ago. It seems to work great on wood veneer flooring. Also a few days after receiving it I was pulling the mop part off to wash it and found a hidden full brush that had been hidden under a cover. So read manual.
