"A great concept, but not without its problems. I have owned this product for a few weeks now and I have used it daily. To date, I have no complaints about the full-size coffee pot performance. However, the single-brew unit is another story. I have notice that the puncture needle at the top of the single brew side is thicker than previous models and also depresses/punctures at a fairly steep angle. Often, this "tears" the top of the k-cup instead of just puncturing it. Then when the coffee brews the k-cup overflows and spills coffee grounds all over the inside of the unit, creating a terrible mess! This doesn't happen every time, but it is a hassle and a big mess when it does."
When you see this pattern it is a huge pass for me.

Doesn't this have the reusable k cup? I was thinking of getting it for that reason. I only brew a full pot 1-2 times a week

Oh yeah I forgot to mention, it's because of that review that made me look into how to use the product properly. Sure enough it paid off and will hopefully pay off for you when reading my comment regarding that review.
