Useless? Much too strong a choice of word. Not useless in the slightest if other arts are learned as well, specifically jiu jitsu, wrestling or others incorporating ground fighting/grappling. There is almost always something to be learned and used. nod

Today's MMA focuses too much on low bodyfat, and less on raw skill, strength and effectiveness imho. You won't see the toughest guys in the world fighting there.

These movies are very enjoyable and entertaining, and they've helped many people get into martial arts, fitness and MMA. Be more positive!

Alternative spelling is Yip Man. In fact most people with that last name in Hong Kong will use Yip. Ip Man not pronounced as eye pee man.

For those who care, these are in 4K on iTunes. Though, I don't think they're on sale. I'm looking at them on Vudu right now, and it shows the first two as being in UHD, but when I actually click on it to buy, it only shows HDX.

Lol. That's if you watch them regularly. They're free to watch with ads. You wouldn't get ads in a movie you bought…
