    The macros are pretty similar to other protein powders and that is one way I will use it. Double serving is 140 calories, 18 grams protein, no sugar or salt added. If you look at this as a peanut protein powder, 1.5 pounds for under $7 is a great deal. It blends great in smoothies and with a double serving its not overpowering at all.

    Once again, this is just peanut flour instead of peanut butter powder. It is not the standard PB Fit Peanut Butter powder (which has 2g added sugar per serving).
