Damn, I don't even want or need this thing, but seeing this for like under $200 more than all the other Ryzen 5s alone were selling for earlier in it's product cycle is getting me excited for Prime Day and Black Friday deals this year.
Also makes me REALLY wish I had a Micro Center in my city... but that's more of a constant lingering sadness.
Tempting, I just hate refurb laptops. Have had one have problems only a few months out of the warranty and buying an extended warranty defeats the purpose of saving by going refurb.
Have to weigh this and at Costco for $650. Longer warranty and new for $150 more. Seems similar laptop if not the same model.

Got this for my daughter too. Its a very nice laptop for the money. Only thing they cheaped out was the wifi. I should of had wifi 6.
You can buy a warranty through Lenovo themselves after a 30 day waiting period if you opt for Accidental Coverage.
MCenter said their refurbs are considered third party sales and they provide the 90 day warranty , not Lenovo. Just in case, I check ed the Lenovo warranty eligibility page (all 3 options) and no Lenovo warranty options showed (including Accidental which I always recommend). I purchase the 1 year $80 accidental from MCenter with 14 day refund option, so I'm covered for now ((screen on these type of unit crack a lot). I will keep the $80 warranty in place unless I find any verification of third party sales units via search (nothing confirming it is a Lenovo option and some indication it is not available.)
hdmi 1.4, no displayport with usb-c, this is some serious limitations
OP notes:
Ports & Slots: 2x USB Type-C 3.2 Gen 1 (Support data transfer, Power Delivery 3.0 & DisplayPort 1.4) 2x USB 3.2
1x HDMI-out
1x 4-in-1 Media Card Reader
1x Headphone/Microphone Combination Jack

Review says USB-C on this model does not support display, but comments on review say otherwise.

Two were MacBooks, one of which was DOA and the other had a broken keyboard.
One was a thinkpad with a screen that flashed and flickered constantly.
One was an HP with broken USB port covers.
I don't know who does their refurbishing, but they are terrible. Buyer beware.

Thank you for the heads up. Gonna keep looking.

Pretty simple upgrade if you want it for under $20. Check the past Costco threads with this laptop.
