Yes, I actually like it a lot. Not quite as powerful as an impact driver, but significantly quieter, and I think offers better control than many.
Downside is that it is fairly large and heavy.
Seems like the main criticism is that it's not brushless. At $10, that shouldn't matter.

I ordered on 5-27, was shipped the 11th. Just got the package today. Last order took a few days longer.
