Ballade is an iconic watch, and the price on Joma is decent. But if you can get Ballad circa 1990 in good condition that's an heirloom watch. The current gen is ok design... it just can hold water compared to the first resurrected Ballad from the nineties.

Both are ballade but the bezel and face are different.

Are there any other difference i should be aware of? And which one is technically better?

Thanks. So does the silicium mainspring model be better technically than the one on this deal? What mainspring does the one on the deal uses?

Also, I see both of them at the back have "Silicon balance spring" are those not the same? TIA
