For those who are just now getting into the One+ ecosystem, here are a few tips:
1. DTO is reputable but sometimes slow to ship (and charge $13 for shipping). Great deals there!
2. Generally, DTO's "Factory Blemished" tools are the best deals to buy (in terms of quality tools). That's how they get around contractual "minimum MSRP" restrictions. They also have Factory Recondition, which I have bought some of and had no problems with them, but they're generally considered less reliable than Factory Blemished. The Blemished tools average to be more expensive than Factory Reconditioned - the sales are constantly coming and going. The Factory Reconditioned with have "RECON" branded into the tool somehow (usually the rubber handles or something similar).
3. DTO sometimes has "buy a certain item, get free thing". They've been giving out a TON of Electrostatic Sprayers for free. I have 3 of them now. :-P
4. When you place an order, before you check out I suggest you click the "RYOBI 18V ONE+" menu item, filter by "Ship to Home" and sort by "Price (lowest first)" to see if there are any dirt cheap things you need, since you're already paying for shipping. Sometimes there are $10 batteries, drills, saws, vacuums, flashlights, etc. that are no-brainers if you've considered getting one.
5. Be warned: This is a rabbit hole. Impulse control is a must!!!!
6. You'll see people want Brushless over Brushed. Go google if you care. You probably don't if you need to go google it, though.
7. There are "High Performance" tools and batteries. If you have an HP model for both, there are extra leads. I think there's also a High Performance Lithium+ that is also special. Be aware of this if you start buying into those lines of products. You'll get lower power if you don't pair the right battery/tool (the wrong pairing will give you "normal performance" just fine, just not the extra oomph).
8. If they have a store near you, you get extra deals! I see a $7 impact driver available right now, for example. I have no stores near me, so I get the shipped stuff only.
Enjoy all of your home improvement projects you plan to get to but never even start!!! :-)
They are having a parking lot sale today and tomorrow. Same merchandise typically found on the directtoolsoutlet.com web site, but steeper discounts. Didn't see this particular kit, so it's definitely YMMV, but there were many, many Ryobi ONE+ skus. Lots of 40V stuff, too.
50 to 80% off, much of the merchandise is new or factory blem. Ryobi, Ridgid, Blackmax, Hart, Hoover brands. I bought about $200 worth of Ryobi, Hart, and Hoover stuff this morning, and by my calculation, it would have been about $650 if I had bought at Home Depot, Walmart, etc.
They had a ton of inventory. If you are in the area, it's worth the time.

Having had both, I'd prefer the Bosch. It's much more compact and much lighter. The Ryobi is advertised at a higher torque but it just doesn't feel very strong.

Searching amazon, there are a few ryobi 18v chargers from third parties that will work with 220v. Alternatively, if you get one of the chargers that has a wall-brick power supply with a barrel jack, you can just swap the wall brick for one that is compatible with 220v but puts out the same voltage.
