The deal they had a few months ago was much cheaper, just also want people to remember is not hot out and they things don't ship well in heat, in fact Amazon used to limit sales of these products when it hot out

The nutrition isn't terrible with some of these. Losing weight isn't about the products you eat, but about how much of the products you eat. It's really easy. The total amount of the calories you consume in a day must be less than the amount of calories your body burns in a day. Math isn't hard.

These bars dont necessarily taste bad but theyre loaded with a bunch of artificial junk including sweeteners that tend to affect your blood sugar which is also a problem if youre trying to stay on keto.
