The H3 does NOT support 12 speed drive trains, even with an XD/XDR freehub.
Edit: according to their website...
I had this product for a bit a few years ago and the experience was 90% positive. The only issue I had with this was random disconnects every once in a blue moon, easy fix with just a restart. Most frustrating part for me was setting it up as they do not have a great troubleshooting guide when dealing with connectivity to all sorts of monitors and apps. But besides that all my riding experience has been great, (I used mostly zwift). I have not personally ridden the wahoo kickr but I do like to research products before making a decision and it seems it is a superior product in terms of accuracy, and riding experience. BUT this all boils down to the fact that these reviews are coming from very avid cyclists who train on the regular and can notice the small differences. To me for someone who is in the hobby just for fun and exercise this was not worth paying more for things I probably would not notice too much or care about. At this price I would definitely get this just for trying it out as a first time smart trainer, if you're very serious about the hobby and NEED top of the line, you can just resell this and upgrade it as the resell of this USED is around this price. No brainer deal for myself.
