Note Motion Rate 120 != 120hz. But it looks like this may even have eARC, which I didn't expect. Only reason I didn't grab it when I was searching for a new TV was I wanted local dimming,

I bought this last sale. Overall I like the tv. Roku UI smooth. Colors look good in dark rooms. I wouldn't put this in a bright room. Color settings are limited. I think I read somewhere that's it's not true 120 but I ain't a tech guy so I don't know

I also have this TV and concur with the above assessment. I also have a Hisense H8G series and it is clearly a better TV, but I do not regret buying this model at all.

Just received my unit, the quality is exceptional, both build and picture quality. I guess its one of the best tv under $300 -for a 55inch tv.
