These appear to be "white box" specials meant to be rebadged by resellers. I found two companies on Alibaba selling cards with similar cover graphics, SZMZ and JINGSHA, but I doubt either are the actual manufacturer.
I found a fat model PS4 bundle in 2018 or so at a nearby Walmart. It was still factory sealed. The box had so much dust on it from sitting in the back for several years.
