Found this at Costco on clearance ending in 0.97. seems like a good set, sold on Amazon for $98.

- Henckels has some sort of ceramic coating. The texture feels rough to the touch. Kirkland has normal nonstick coating.
- Both feel quite heavy.
- Henckels seems quite a bit larger even though they're listed at about the same sizes. This is because Henckels has almost vertical sidewalls.
- Regular price is $80 for Henckels. So it's only $10 off even though it's priced with .97.
