I have been using sonicare for 20 years and never had a bristle fall out and I use the brush past their recommended intervals.
Serious question. What's wrong with the "Chinese fakes". I usually buy generic ones for about $1 each and they seem to work well.
If you are paying that for fakes and you haven't had issues, sure, but nobody wants to spend $20 on fake toothbrush heads. There have been reviews of bristles falling out of the fake ones among other quality issues.

How do we know they aren't Chinese fakes? I've been ripped off on these on amazon before.

How did you determine the replacement heads were Chinese knockoffs in the past? I would imagine that the packaging from the fakes would also look legit to most people given that the fakes even tricked Amazon since it's sold and shipped by Amazon. I am aware that shipped and sold by Amazon may not be legit especially sonicare replacement heads.

I usually try and get the C2s for around $5/brush. I guess not in this inflated environment.

I'm afraid bristles falling out may not necessarily indicate the fake ones. I had bristles falling out on several occasions from brush heads bought on the official Philips website. Aside from that, I highly recommend getting the 3-series brush heads, 2-series felt much inferior to me.

I did the same as you and the vibration is not as strong as the original. You test for yourself.

Not sure if I did it wrong, but clipping the coupon and checking out with Subscribe & Save gave me a total of 20% off, not 30%. I was also able to activate a promotion to pay with Chase Ultimate Rewards for an extra 50% off ($15 max value).

Ordered 2 of the variety 3-packs for $30.50 in Chase Ultimate Rewards. Thanks!
