This set is missing the 16mm, 18mm and 20mm.
Hazet makes quality tools, but not certain where or how warranty issues are resolved. My pet peeve is that I am anal about complete sets. "Oh, but you seldom use this or that, or such and such SAE is almost the same." is BS. And when they are all included, I want them in chronological order.
Even the cheap $28 Duratech [amazon.com] gets complete set correct. Or the $24 WorkPro [amazon.com] that screws up with the 21mm, but not bad.

Not questioning the quality, but perhaps any warranty issues, just a preference for complete sets that we already have in Proto, SnapOn, old Williams Craftsman and several off brands picked up here and there. "Seldom used" for one, is BS for another.
Meanwhile, this incomplete Hazet set is the one on sale today.
I would argue that unless deep pockets, the average DIY'er and Homeowner does not have to have the presumed best of the best of everything to get the job done. Sometimes, the assumed 'junk' will surprise you with it's quality... From three generations of collections, I have a few of those with no brand name that I have abused.
But for probably 99% of SDers, the 7 will cover every fastener that require this style wrench
