The $27 NVME drive I linked is close enough in speed that almost all users (especially considering a drive of this budget) would not notice the difference in speed. You'd save a buck, get the same experience, and not have to buy 3.

You are right that that the $21 drive is lower speed. It is also 25% cheaper and you only have to buy one. Again, the average user won't tell a difference between a SATA and NVME SSD in most use cases.
