You can go to Savings and then use search coupons to find Scott Paper Towel coupon.
I also didn't see the $1 off coupon on the product page, but found it using the search coupon.
I think for a Family/Busy kitchen they will not work but for 1-2 people occasionally using paper towels these are fine.

I still see the coupon available; you may need to sign in to your rewards account to see it (another possibility is you may have used it for a different deal).
Exactly; to bypass the $10 minimum, for some deals (not all, but works on this one) you can either select shipping on the product page, then during checkout select 'ship to store' instead of 'ship to home', or select pickup on product page, then during checkout, switch to shipping and select 'ship to store', and you can pick up from store for free w/ no minimum.
