Complaints are the software is slow. Might want to use an external streaming device for these. Nice price. Use a CC that extends the warranty a year. TCL isn't very good with customer service and these sets seem to have more trouble than others.

55" 4 series is my first 4K tv. I'm not blown away by it in terms of HDR and whatnot, software is slow, but it's a very budget friendly, usable tv.

Not sure what price you paid, but let's say you paid $250. Would you think the TV is good at that price?
