    Sure, 4000 series comes out this year, but it has been delayed already, it could be delayed again. The power requirement is another concern and the supply is the most concerning of all. With all the troubles right now and the recent lockdowns in China, I wouldn't gamble on waiting if you are really in need right now.

    Back during the great crypto crash of 2018 video cards could be had everywhere for under MSRP.... but what the future didn't foretell was the great dumping...

    people were dumping 1060's everywhere / ebay, craigslist, your mom's bedroom.... everywhere was open season in order recoup any costs for the inflated prices they paid.....

    the dumping affected the pc landscape for years... even today steam survey shows that 1060's still top the overall user marketshare....




    EDIT: god... i need to not post anything after working a 12 hour shift.... i have no idea where i was going with this but yea... expect there to be deals on power supplies 1000 watt plus possibly for a while as well as cards to fall maybe under 20 percent msrp

    The rtx4080 will be as powerful as the 3090, and cost far less than 1500, use less power, and be better.

    This ultimate of 2 years ago, the 3090,. is the worst choice to buy now
