(Please note: Nike offers a no questions asked, lenient and easy return policy. If you're on the fence, you can always just try them out and simply return them if they end up not working for you. Nike accepts returns for any reason, even if you've worn/used the shoes. As long as it's still within the 60 day return window. I've actually returned shoes after wearing them for a couple weeks. Decided I didn't like them, never had an issue receiving refund.)
IMO - These are hands down, the gold standard in the professional/competition running world. I would not recommend these for daily running because they just don't hold up well for 100's of miles. But for competition, distance, marathon, etc.. they are an amazing running shoe. They provide solid energy return, are extremely light and the flyknit material provides great breathability.
Apparently, Nike spent millions on developing and engineering these running shoes. These are definitely not for everyone. They were designed and geared towards avid/serious runners. They certainly are not an everyday sneaker/shoe for casual wear/use.
Honestly, I never expected them to go on sale because they are top tier and very well received in the professional - competition running world. One thing to note, they don't seem to fit well with wide feet. I've heard they are too tight/snug on wider feet. I can't speak on that from personal experience because they fit my feet perfectly. Also, they fit true to size, in case anyone is wondering.
(Someone did post a previous deal for these with prices in the $150 range. Unfortunately, the prices from that deal were just a glitch on the Nike site and the prices reverted back to full retail when you tried to check out. So please, don't compare this deal to that one because sadly, that deal was dead as soon as it was posted.)

Peg 38 or NB 880 v10 can't go wrong with either

This was a previous deal I had posted. The deal shows "expired" but if you click the deal link, Nike still has plenty in stock. These are priced around 80 bucks and were originally around 140. I use these for daily runs and they've been holding up great.
Lol yes, I really do feel that these shoes actually give me a slight edge/advantage against the competition. They really pull through in those final 2-3 miles. Especially for ankle security and leg comfort.

What are you doing to prevent knee pain from long term running
I take it easy when I jog by lifting my knees to take the pressure off, make sure to stretch before and after, use rollers on my legs afterwards... Has worked for me so far.
Still have 2 or 3 new pairs of brooks from a previous sale so I'm in no need.
