- Dongle is overly sensitive to interference, and I need an extra long extension to make it work without crackling/popping. YMMV.
- You need two apps. One for EQ and another for RGB. Both suck.
- Headset unmutes, turns volume and sidetone to 100% every time you turn it on in the "Hyperspeed Wireless" (connected to dongle) mode.
- No simultaneous BT connection. You have to swap between them, so no using this to chat over Discord while gaming on console.
Outside of those issues, it's a great headset. Sounds better than my Arctis 7, and is very comfortable. Unless one of my nitpicks is a dealbreaker for you, you'll have a hard time finding something better for $100.

I figured they'd price match Costco eventually, and I have gift cards for Amazon so I waited for the price to drop to $100. Thank you.
He's not lying. Razor headsets are absolutely the worst I've ever owned. That brand is nothing but a huge lie lol
Not in the case of this headset. I have never been a headset aficionado but this one convinced me otherwise. I paid $200 at release and don't regret it. At $100, this is a steal for this headset.

That right there just killed the deal. I was looking at these for the wife so she could play on PS5 and be on Discord. My Corsair Headphones do this. Turtle Beach Stealth 700 line does it too. Good job Razer.
Felt like the same headset sense it's make for PlayStation
I got this headset for my disabled brother on Xbox. It's actually a rather impressive headset and is getting glowing reviews online from the tech industry. Compared to its nearest competitor at $99 (Xbox Wireless Headset, Pulse 3D) this blows those headsets away audio quality and microphone quality wise.
