I got this computer in March of 2022 when it went on sale on Newegg (sale + mail-in rebate). I (sadly) ended up returning it shortly after testing it for about 3 weeks. I got it after I did some research on it and watched a few reviews. I really wanted to like it and keep, mainly because I liked the size, upgradeability, overall appearance, and weight (although battery life is somewhat sacrificed to keep the weight in range, but I was okay with that).
I ended up returning it because I could not get used to the constant speed up of the fan (and its high pitch) and I was concerned about the mouse pad (as it felt "wobbly" on the unit I got (I don't know if this is part of the design or if it was just this one unit).
I kept and used the computer for about 3 weeks assuming the first week was going to be challenging due to the OS updates and simply getting used to it. But even after the updates and trying to adjust the power consumption, the fan would not stop spinning up every 5 minutes or so. I also got the perception the bottom portion of the laptop felt very warm for it being an low power consuming processor. I also got concerned when during one of the last few before returning it, I had 3 or 4 tabs opened in a web browser, 1 of the tabs being YouTube, and the music that was playing "stuttered" a few times.
I think this computer is great specs-wise (mainly if you are not a heavy gamer, which I am definitely not). I think the screen looked great, the weight is amazing, the alloy used for its body/chassis gives it a great texture/color combo, and I would not complain about the keyboard.
I do not think this is a bad computer, but it has its strengths and weaknesses, and we all have different priorities and tolerances. I hope this helps people out there.

That's intel for you. They don't care about power efficiency or heat 😂
Look how fast our CPUs can go… for a short burst on one core until the laptop is about to melt.
I think that the specs on this are super good. I'd probably repaste and undervolt if I could. Maybe even disable turbo for solid performance and cooler temps.
User claim 2.5h battery life for this which IMHO with a 36 Whr battery is no surprise. I would stay away if you are not planning to have this connected to power all the time.
