MSG is by no means a dirty ingredient despite the mass ignorance surrounding it, but otherwise those are some decent points.
It's still plenty to feed bacteria in the mouth and trigger some tooth demineralization. If a person doesn't get cavities, then a little sugar might not bother them, but for high caries risk people, they definitely should not use the logic that a little is almost the same as none.
Fortunately lipids offset some of the damage that would otherwise occur from consuming sugar.
I've never bought these and was surprised to find a $2 coupon at checkout. I didn't even see an option to click a coupon. Dropped the price to 12.39 on my next S&S.
