An anti-fatigue mat is probably more important than the shoes unless you need lots of arch support.

I work in amazon fulfillment and my shoes of choice were any adidas with a thick boost sole. Adidas Boost, Brooks, New Balance, Hoka, Saucony, and Onn were what most associates wore prior to the requirement of safety shoes.
