Moen products are overpriced rubbish with no after sales support, ( i have moen installed by the previous owner in my house and I can certify that its rubbish)

I can't comment on quality because my Moen kitchen sink is 20 years old and I'm sure they don't make them the same anymore.

The two times I have called customer service they have have sent me free cartridges as well as replacements for parts with cosmetic wear without question.
