You are also responsible for paying any taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by customs and tax authorities ("Import Tax and Fees") which are triggered when a shipment is imported into your shipping address. We will estimate an "Import Fees Deposit" which is an estimate of the Import Tax and Fees that will be levied on the items in your order and will be collected at checkout."

    Anyone done this before?

    Nice price but seems like a little tax headache

    From my reading of the terms, Amazon automatically calculates any import fees/taxes at checkout (did not actually amount to anything additional for me). You will not be charged any extra if the import fees/taxes come in higher than Amazon's estimate. If the import fee is lower than what they've included in the price, you will however receive a refund for the difference.

    There are a lot of fakes on Amazon. I usually only buy these from Costco or Walgreens.

    Costco on sale is the way to go IMO. Theirsupply chain is rock solid and rarely has counterfeits.
