A dedicated water spot remover. I believe chemical guys makes one that despite the brand works well. Also a more aggressive car polish could do the trick.

Graphene is supposed to be the newer "technology" of the two but I haven't seen results of either. A YouTube search might yield something (I'm at work so not a chance to look and share). YouTube imjoshv he might have done a comparison or pantheorganizer (although I believe his videos are paid by company)
