It's been this price at Costco for a while now. Same on Amazon, but looks like stock is dwindling. Probably trying to clear shelves for next year's stock. I'd bite if it was $100 less.
This TV has been this price for over 6 months . I'd bite if it was 700 but 900 is too much
No it hasn't, I've been watching it and just bought one. It won't go any lower than this cause it's out of stock in stores and probably will be gone soon.
The A80CJ is a better deal at $1500 in store, but sold out online.
In short, you can get a similar OLED for $1k with the LG A1. But the X90J will be much brighter, has better upscaling for lower resolution content, and 120Hz for gaming. But the LG will simply look better because it's OLED, more-so if you're in a darker room and just do standard viewing. Depends on your preferences. Otherwise the X90J is as good of value as you're going to get at this price point.
It is 120Hz, HDMI 2.1, VRR, local dimming etc. the competition is a little cheaper like the HiSense U8G which is like $900. One thing turned me off the HiSense was how a March update broke HDR on XBox and still broken last I heard.
I'd get the OLED for $500 more but my wife wasn't happy paying that much for a TV.
This TV was $900 after $200 shop card a month back. Is it worth considering this over c1 which is available for $1450 after $150 shop card. $450 more..

If you want OLED check for the A80CJ in store, many still have them for $1500. I don't see the shop card deals?

Great timing! Thanks for the ping. In for one. Been eyeing this price for a while now. Knew there might be a chance with July 4 sales. Likely won't last long with stores clearing stock on this model. And Costco includes an additional 3 years warranty to boot!
