i got it from bestbuy, i was on the same boat like u, looking for either
3060ti 3070 or 3080, but local bb only had a 3070ti. But this card is $100 more expensive than 3070 and only 5-7percent more FPS.
I paired mine with 12700k 64gb memory. very stable but lot of heat on this card.

I don't regret anything. They were and still are pretty hard to find for FE models, without being marked up. I don't really feel bad about only a 5-7 percent fps difference, since my cost was the same. The 3090 ti is only 3% faster than the 3090 and was $500 more expensive, so it could be worse. I don't mind having the additional juice and I strongly prefer the board design with the fans on front & back of the 3070 ti vs the 3070 that has both on one side of the board.
