For most residential users, upgrading to anything higher than Cat5 is for higher speeds within the local network. You would probably already know about it and how it was going to help if it was going to be super useful for you.

Long way to say that you probably won't really see a noticeable improvement in speeds.
Cat5e is plenty up to 1gbps

Anything above cat5e is really meant for multi-gig or hyper faster private networks outside of enterprise applications.

Most NICs can't transfer over 1g anyway, and even if client has a > 1g port, chances are the switch is throttling or hard drive on transfer speeds

Is it as good as a regular cat six for home office use?
So not such a deal? What's Good about braided other than they look better, less toxic/Polluting material? And what is with these coupon codes on the site that say they've been verified and never work? No further coupons? Will it be cheaper during the holiday?
What's sellout woot, Clearance stuff?

Probably too heavy to carry around for portability and I would prefer the flat light one instead

If my internet speed is under 20 MBps, does switching from Cat5e ethernet cable to the Cat7e in the OP gain me any improvement?

Love these cables. Have them on all my PCs and equipment. Love them when traveling too but shorter ones. Yes, they are heavier, but super strong, thick, shielded cables. Alot of people like those monoprice slim/flat ethernet cables but those are non shielded and extremly thin.
Super easy to kink the wire too and loose or get drops in signal.

The answer is actually zero improvement over 5e.
