In case ppl ask:

PROS:
-Best 43" 16:9 LED monitor
-Great contrast for LED, VA panel over 6000:1 native
-super bright
-Decent response times
-No burn in
-Native 4k
-Decent build quality
-Basically biggest 16:9 can use on desk at normal range w/o discomfort
-built in KVM switch with picture in a picture
-Vesa HDR1000 certified
-local dimming
-video in: usb-c, displayport 1.4, 2x hdmi2.1
-2x usb3.1 for kvm, reduced to usb2 if using usb-c video

CONS
-only 8 zones, tho not as bad as would seem since high native contrast
-small grey text on black background, on top half of monitor, is hard to read - may be issue for programmers at 100% scaling
-response and viewing angles not as good as IPS
-overall contrast not as good/consistent as OLED or MicroLED
-BGR sub pixel, may be issue for Mac; windows can compensate with Cleartype
-needs windows to update firmware

Might not matter for everyone but just so everyone is aware this uses BGR subpixel structure which to some is not great for text reading.

I would probably not use this for productivity. I recall their older 27" 1440p monitor used this as well.

Although notable, on Windows the BGR subpixel generally not an issue at all with clear type enabled. More of an issue on Mac

for productivity this monitor allows for picture in a picture utilizing the KVM switch (i.e. gaming PC and work PC), which is pretty great. less great if you aren't using windows.

I just pulled the trigger on this so that I have the PBP feature. According to RTINGS if we keep the scale at 125 with clear type enabled, we shouldn't see any issues with text clarity.

I bought it. I can't deal with my 48" 2015 Samsung TV as a monitor anymore.

Hopefully this will be better. I'll probably give away the 2015" TV. I was thinking of either this or the LG 48" but the price is too low to pass up.

C1/c2 has burn-in risk, less brightness, no KVM, less computer related video ports, BUT significantly better blacks, contrast, and RGB subpixel. IMO C1/C2 better for TV, FV43U better for Windows PC monitor.
