I have this and love it. The tile blades aren't the best, they do the job but chip the finish edge to varying degrees on the three or four different porcelain and ceramic tile I've cut with it. The metal and plastic blades do a really god job. I'll be trying third party Amazon blades to see how they do.

Pros: Lots of torque and power in this little guy. The head can be angled (by twisting it) for better access and comfort. You can cut in forward or reverse, which is great for when you want/need to blow the dust away from you.

Cons: The adjustable height blade guide will scratch the finish on some tile, better to remove it all together for some material.

smaller: one-handed operation and smaller blade. Youtube reviews shows it can still cut through a variety of materials pretty decently - doesn't look like it does it nearly at the speed of the ridgid angle grinder.

For material within it's limits it actually does it just as fast, maybe faster in my experience, at least compared to my grinder. It has 19,000 RPM's, that's insane. I'm a tile setter by trade and for cutting out around toilet flanges for instance it's better than my grinder because of the smaller blade which lets you cut a tighter radius which gives a cleaner cut. In the end the cut will be covered by the toilet bowl anyway, but I'm a stickler.
