    Nice price but the Asus TUF 3070 is $595 today so I'd take that over this, should run quieter and cooler.

    I just got one and it's quieter than my Zotac 2060. And 50% faster in Firestrike.

    That was the original price for the non-OC version of this card when it was released so not bad, but I have to wonder how low these will go with RTX 4070 right around the corner.

    Probably not too much lower as Nvidia isn't a stupid company. They likely stopped production a while ago to shift to 4000 serie and in anticipation of dwindling demand. Likely they have teams dedicated to the economies of their cards and are well ahead of any crash gamers wish would happen (and to this day hasn't - MRSP is not a crash)

    The 3070 FE is occasionally available at Bestbuy so maybe it's worth checking there, considering the FE is not LHR (right?).

    I have a chance to pick up a ROG STRIX 3060 ti & no tax. I wanted to go at least a 3070 or 6800, do you think they'll come down by black Friday?

    They'll come down to $500 or a little less but not as low as $400. I wouldn't settle for the 3060ti over a 3070, but that's just me. If you can afford a 3070, get it. You won't regret having more performance, but you'll regret having less.

    heard bad things about zotac so i'd steer clear especially with gpu prices crashing. fe is in stock at bb for whole day today so there will be a glut soon leading to below msrp.
