Possible added bonus for Amazon purchases: Amazon includes the AutoRip MP3 version, and currently that is directing to this Expanded Edition [amazon.com] which includes 3 albums (1. regular album (remastered); 2. demos/rough tracks; 3. live performances from the Damage Justice tour).

Hopefully someone who purchases the physical CD from Amazon can confirm that you get the digital Expanded Edition.

Yes my $5 Master of Puppets and Black Sabbath CD came in the cardboard fold case as well. I wouldn't have bothered if I knew. I just wanted them for my collection on shelf. These things don't look good anywhere
