I have a feeling that this will work on any grade of fuel. AmEx offers tend to have GC exclusions but I've yet to see it not work, pretty sure they only see the charge, but I could be wrong. I'll try it next week if anyone else hasn't by then.

Percentage wise, premium fuel has never been a better value. It was $.40 higher per gallon at $2, and it's still $.40 higher at $5...

But at Costco premium is 65c to 70c higher Frown it used to be 25c more. This is in CT

If you play this right you may be able to use all 3 charges back to back to back in one fill up. My last Premium fill up was $72 at QuickTrip so 3x$25 isn't out of the question these days!

Ymmv then I guess. My typical gas station is always +$.20 to go from 87 to 89 octane and another +$.20 to go from 89 to 93 (my car takes 91 minimum).

Also double this up with your Walmart+ membership to save another 10 cents off a gallon at Exxon or Mobil stations too. You have to scan your QR code in the Walmart app so make sure the station has QR functions first though.
