No, a miter saw stand is too tall and not designed for that direction of force. Get a table saw stand for your table saw.

I agree. In the past, Home Depot has been $99 for some sales (black friday) and, if I remember correctly, Direct Tools outlet has briefly been as low as $79 $70.

Keep in mind that this is from a discount outlet store, so shipping times and customer service may be a bit slower than you are used to from higher priced places.

FWIW, I've been keeping an eye on this for a while now, and to the best of my knowledge, this is the cheapest it's been in over a year, if not more. That said, hopefully this is the beginning of a trend of the price coming down on this.

I came here to post this and glad it is already posted. I think I paid like $90 two years ago and this is a really great price. Last black Friday it only dropped to $149 I think. These are really great and easy to operate. The only issue I have is the ~1.5in diameter black caps that go into the arms pop off but they are cosmetic only so no big deal.

you would probably have to go to a Home Depot and see if you think the arms that come with this would match up to the bolt holes. DTO does have a nice Ridgid portable table saw with a stand for sale now too not that you want to buy another saw but both the saw and stand are pretty good - I have them both.

I have this (got it when it was the HD/$99 deal) and I love it! So easy to use, sturdy, good quality. I literally look for reasons to pull out my miter saw because of it!
