tldr: Price typically $120 or so. GREAT starter mechanical keyboard in my opinion which are detailed below. 6 options( Black-complete/85%/compact(60% of "complete" standard keyboard) and White Ice- -complete/85%/compact(60% of "complete" standard keyboard).

My TKL (tenkeyless aka 85%) ((aka missing the section of the keyboard to the right of the "arrows"/PgDn/PgUp/Pause column)) just arrived in the mail yesterday. It is nice. I bought the "White Ice" (sounds tasty and refreshing))
I've seen these keyboards up to $140 just months ago. But typically they were around$120. So yeah $80, what the hell. The 85% keyboard style is interesting. I think I am getting used to it and like it.
I think it's a solid keyboard for those looking to get into "keebs." If you are familiar with the word "keebs". Then you are probably already familiar with this board. If you just googled the word... then take it easy and go into the basic facts and what not.

If you want something soon that not only is built but also:
- is still customizable. The keycaps and their color/design.
- the switches (the spring switch((literally)) that makes keys click. If you have not felt a mechanical keyboard then this is also a good starter because the switches are pretty in between super clicky and super dull; they are brown)
- the RGB stands for red blue green and at high level creates all colors ever and to be. or something like that. Anyway, once you plug this thing in and download its software (it is plug and play btw too, I haven't set up the lighting yet and it still operates like a standard boring keyboard.

This is a decent deal on this brand of mechanical keyboards at the very least, since their MSRP is generally $110 for complete keyboards (has the board, switches, and keycaps). This is about $10 more expensive than if buying directly from gloriousgaming.com (both Amazon and GloriousGaming.com have a sale going on), but buying directly can incur some shipping & handling fees and slower shipping time, so up to the buyer to figure out what works out better.
Glorious PC also has the barebones version (only the board, no switches, no keycaps) available on Amazon for $55. Current sale price for a barebones keyboard directly from Glorious is $39.99 + shipping, so could be much cheaper if buying directly depending on where it's being shipping to. Barebones is only available in black; if buying direct from Glorious, select a black GMMK 1 keyboard, hit the Customize button (instead of buy) and don't add switches/keycaps to the custom order.

Hot-swappable switches can be easily removed and installed without de-soldering and soldering, not necessarily to hot swap a switch while the keyboard is connected and running

The 'hot-swap' is probably just bad terminology. It is just meant that people can replace mechanical switches without soldering. I don't know if people actually swap switches while the keyboard is on, but I guess is possible. However, the original concept behind 'hot-swappable' keyboards was the whole soldering component was taken out and people could remove and install switches on the fly without special equipment beyond the switch puller.

Brown Gateron so it won't be loud like blue or clicky switches, which is good.
I'm not trying to plug Glorious as a company but at the same time I wish I had started with something this good, it would have cut back on e-waste to get here. And skip the loud switches for your first mechanical keyboard IMO.

I also have a compact 60% GMMK with the Brown Gaterons and none have failed in over a year, and they are very comfortable for typing.
