I don't think they'll match the exchange, but might be worth it to buy here and return to target for the price difference and tax savings
According to Targets website, AAFES is not on their list of price match competitors. It may be worth a shot asking if it's not far out of your way.
On a side note, the 10% military discount, current promotion at Target Circle, does work on Apple products.

I used that and my Redcard 5%. That's why I'm debating on whether it's worth to return and rebuy this one.
Why not get it from the exchange then and save the tax?

Perfectly sufficient for streaming them. If you're talking about storing them on it then you'll need to be more specific about the number of movies and size of files you're talking about.
