Specs honestly aren't great. If someone is really considering this, they should at the very least go with the $180 4K model.

I'd suggest doing some research though, as both displays don't mention their response time, and only offer a 60Hz display. For PC gaming I would recommend 100Hz or more.
32" is a bit big for 1080p when you're sitting that close to it. Text can be a bit of an eye strain. Anything 27" and up, you're better off with 1440p, preferably 90hz or higher for gaming.
All the haters wanting higher resolutions than 1080p… There you go. So stop whining.

Have the 27 in the bedroom and love it. We also have samsung flagship phones so wireless dex with Bluetooth input devices is great.

Better experience than flagship apple iPhones with Apple TV 4K?

Really couldn't say, as I don't have the experience with them. I didn't think that IOS had a desktop mode though.

The first photo above of the monitor to me makes it look like it might support picture-by-picture (PBP). According to the Q&A on Amazon about it, it supports neither PBP nor PIP. In case anyone else was wondering.

I have this "monitor" but honestly use it solely as a TV for the guest rooms. It works great IMO. It's responsive and doesn't freeze up like some other budget TV's. Might not be the best monitor for up close, but it is very manageable if you're not playing fps games.
