Ironmaster has everything on their site 10% off. For example, the quick lock 75lb set is down to $782 with free shipping. What's even better is that you can also stack with Police/Fire/Military discounts for an additional 10% off. This brings the dumbbell set down to $703 shipped. This is a good deal considering they rarely have sales.

I went with powerblocks since they were cheaper and were actually in stock, but if I were to do it again, I'd strongly consider these. I think you'd have a hard time getting these to break in any way. The screw mechanism is so strong, and best of all, you can treat these like actual dumbbells. Can't do that with anything else out there (plastic parts, awkward sizes, etc).

Power blocks are faster to change out. So if your workout routine involves changing the weight A LOT of times then perhaps they'll be a better fit for you. I liked the power blocks and found them serviceable, convenient, and pretty comfortable.
However, the Iron Master dumbbells and kettlebell are just on a whole other level from a quality, durability, and versatility standpoint. The Iron Masters are the final boss form of adjustable dumbells. A very serious piece of equipment that is really only necessary for serious lifters.
I have been watching this because I know someone who has an older version of the smith machine for 20+ years and it's still in perfect condition. I couldn't believe how smooth the bar moves on his machine, and he swears by IronMasters quality. Very excited they had this sale and if you're on the fence I don't think you'll be disappointed because I've only ever seen positive reviews of this company.

I've also owned powerblocks and bowflex. Personally not a fan. The powerblocks require extra attention and you can't just drop them a foot off the ground. They do their job but didn't hit the 'dumbell' feel for me.
They are not quick adjust dumbbells. You only maybe save a few seconds inserting the end locks instead of threading a collar the whole way down.
As others said, they are tanks but not everyone abuses their dumbbells. Gnurl is great and they feel good in your hand.
For the price, don't buy unless you don't want quick adjustment and will drop your dumbbells.
