    Note that this is not stackable with Bitdefender Total Security. I have had BTS for about 2 years now and it's worked well. I have been able to stack in the past. This one is forcing me to add it as a new subscription. Also, this is non-refundable.

    UPDATE 1: I contacted Bitdefender support to see if I can merge my licenses. Teir 1 support said that they believe they could but needed to escalate the request. I should hear back in 24-48 hours.

    UPDATE 2: I got a message from support. Turns out there is a limitation in how many years you can have on a license/subscription, 5 years. I was maxed out so it forced me to create a new subscription. Support was able to merge the licenses.

    I apologize to everyone for the rollercoaster! This was just an issue with my account and their limitation.

    Did you have the same one, as in the same number of devices for each? It will only stack if it's for the same type with the same number of devices. I haven't tried this one yet but if they changed the ability to stack that would be really frustrating.

    I did have the same one. I contacted their support. Even though the portal didn't give me the option, they said I should had been able to stack. They didn't know why it gave me a problem and needed to escalate my request to merge.

    Could you advise us if this worked for you? I have a subscription ending in a while and am considering buying this, but won't do so if I can't renew my existing Total Security subscription. It would be too much of a hassle to have to re-register every PC.

    I was able to extend my current Bitdefender Total Security sub. A window popped up when activating the code in Central asking if I wanted to extend current subscription or add a new subscription. Maybe you previously had a slightly different product?
